The lower pool level is accessible from both sides of the main living space. The beautiful, large 30x14x5 pool is heated year round. A very large deck surrounds the pool along with 8 sunbed lounge chairs. A half-bath is located just adjacent to the pool along with an outdoor shower. The fourth bedroom (and second master suite) is located on the lower pool level with its own private deck and outdoor lounge area.
