Villa Cosmos is located just above Marigot Bay, with a walking path directly down to the water from the house. Marigot Bay is part of a protected natural marine reserve where anything but swimming and snorkeling is prohibited. Boats are not allowed to anchor in the bay because it would destroy the habitat for the native inhabitants of the marine area. The water in Marigot Bay is calm and perfect for a relaxing swim with the many sea turtles and soft-shell tortoises who call this part of St. Barths home.
